    • Iméra welcomed a class of 24 academic researchers and artists over the two semesters, from a variety of disciplines and countries.
    • This class includes a significant number of researchers at the start of their careers, whose stay at Iméra seems to have had a positive impact on their scientific career (CNRS recruitment, career advancement in their country of origin).
  • Research programmes
    • Arts & Sciences: Indisciplined Knowledge: Confirmation of its cross-disciplinary nature and welcoming of the first holder of the Research and Creation Chair in Cancer and Immunology, in partnership with the ICI Institute.
    • Interdisciplinary Explorations: A Senior fellow was selected to hold an Amidex Chair of Excellence, a circumstance that led to the creation of a new Transdisciplinarity and Complex Systems Chair that Iméra will hold from 2025-26.
    • Mediterranean: Intensification of the programme’s activities with the launch of the ‘Belonging in the Mediterranean/Belonging to the Mediterranean’ cycle.
    • Necessary Utopias: Welcoming the first holders of the CNRS-LEST ‘Worlds of Labour’ Chair and strengthening Iméra’s role in the CNRS ‘Groupe de réflexion nationale sur le travail’ (National focus group on work).
  • Activities and events
    • Organisation of seminars, conferences and workshops, including the ‘Inter-disciplines’ lecture series and artistic events such as the ‘Drawn Perspectives’ seminar.
    • The development of dance and drawing as fields for theoretical discussion, but also as a tool for capturing and reproducing the objects of research.
    • Iméra’s first participation in the Festival d’Avignon, as well as the Festival de Sciences sociales de l’EHESS, the organisation of the sixth Franco-German Mediterranean Forum and the start of a stable collaboration with the Camargo Foundation.
  • Publications and awards
    • Publications in academic journals and collective works.
    • Awards for residents, such as the Annelise Thimme Article Prize for Dominique Reill.
