The Iméra Foundation is administered by a Management Board, which meets three times a year and decides on the affairs of the Foundation. In particular, it deliberates on:
- approval of the activity report and scientific programmes
- The projected activity programme
- Validation of tenders (programmes, chairs, etc.)
- Estimates of revenue and expenditure and accounts for the year ended.
The Management Board is composed of 18 members, divided into three colleges:
