Presentation of the Fulbright/Iméra Residency in Mediterranean Studies

The Iméra Mediterranean Programme is partnering with Fulbright France to offer the Fulbright/Iméra Residency in Mediterranean Studies.

This residency is open to mid-career academics, senior academics and community college lecturers conducting research in any discipline related to Mediterranean studies.

Joining Iméra, the Institute for Advanced Study of Aix Marseille Université, will enable you to connect and collaborate with local researchers in Mediterranean studies, whilst being at the heart of an exceptional repository of archives: the municipal and departmental archives of Marseille, the archives of the Mucem (Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilisations), the ANOM archives (National Overseas Archives, archives of the former French colonial empire), and the Albert Camus archives in Aix-en-Provence, to name but a few.

Applications are open to all fields related to the study of the Mediterranean region.

Applications that demonstrate interdisciplinarity, originality, strong potential for collaboration and themes linked to the institute’s priorities are particularly welcome.
