Open Doors / Portes ouvertes : Graphic narratives for scientific and medical evolution on cancer

From June 10th to 14th

Vernissage on June 10th at 7p.m.

At Iméra (2 Place Leverrier, 13004, Marseille)

The visual artist and researcher Josune Urrutia will open the doors of her studio to share her work process during the residency Research-Creation in oncology and immunology – ICI/Iméra Chair (2023-24). This experience offered her the opportunity to connect with scientist researchers on cancer and thereby enrich her long-term work on cancer approaches. Josune is particularly interested in exploring the possibilities and potentialities of drawing as a research tool, an epistemological medium and as a place for conversation and exchange.

If you wish to visit the studio at an other date than the vernissage, please send an email to Josune to ensure sure she is there to welcome you and talk about her work (josunene@gmail.com).
