Find more information in our second October newsletter. The Inter-Disciplines cycle will resume in November with chemist Philippe Walter, who will give a lecture at Iméra. Enrico Donaggio, our scientific director, will be present on Wednesday, October 23, at the Schuman Campus in Aix-en-Provence, where he will give a talk on the working class in 19th-century England, drawing lessons from Friedrich Engels’ study on the period.

Many activities involving our residents are also scheduled. Lola Soulier will participate in a roundtable at the Mucem on Mediterranean traditions related to the oboe and bagpipes. Ambra Zambernardi will take part in a debate in Toulon following the screening of the documentary Dolphins: Human Perspectives, in which she participated. Susanne Fuchs will present her research project on breathing in babies and baboons, while Franco Bonomi Bezzo will conclude a workshop on Friday, November 15, focusing on deindustrialization in France and its socio-economic consequences.

Finally, in this edition, find all our current calls for residency applications at Iméra, along with the links to apply.
