Exploring sound, movement, and material vibration

Emerging from collaborations with scientists, artists, and thinkers, this project explores how sound, movement, and material vibration can offer new ways of sensing and relating to the complexities of life. Across space, sound, light, and fluid materiality embody encounters with biological and emotional processes — from molecular ruptures to the magnitude of personal and collective healing. How do we navigate perception and wonder, and live as interdependent systems — with dignity, presence, and care?

Free movement between interconnected experiences

The evening will begin with a short introductory presentation, followed by three interconnected experiences unfolding across Iméra’s spaces:

  • Audiovisual screenings (Planétarium) — light and sound converging in experimental sketches of movement and memory.
  • Vibroacoustic interactions (Maison des Astronomes) — multisensory encounters with data and material processes, including resonant fluid dynamics.
  • Cytotoxic Serpentine Serenade (Iméra gardens and pathways) — an embodied sonic exploration of plants connected to cancer research, open to reflection, play, or presence—through sound and movement.

Around 7pm, a space for questions and discussion will be open for those who wish to share thoughts, reflections, or curiosities.

Open from 5 to 8pm, the program invites free circulation between stations, offering time and space for curiosity, reflection, and shared exploration.
