During this seminar, Oksana Chepelyk will discuss various aspects of his complex research and field work, which contribute to promoting interdisciplinarity in the service of ecological and environmental causes. His works reflect the ethical principles of coexistence with nature, transforming the paradigm of “colonization” into a relationship of “co-dependence” that promotes an “ethics of partnership”. Polyphony plays an essential role as a symbol of biodiversity, giving a voice to the living species of the aquatic environment. This allows for a diversity of perspectives and voices, where each individual voice is perceived as equal.
